Queens Park Rangers, mostly known as QPR is football club that is based in the "white city" district of London.

The team got her name because most of the founding player came from the Queens Park area in Northwest London. QPR home stadium, "Loftus Road" is located in the "Shepherd's Bush" area and has a relatively small capacity of only 18,439 seats.

Founded in 1882, Queen Park rangers, never won the English league title championship until today, but their highest achievement was finishing second in the 1975/76 season. Finishing second was also QPR highest achievement in the FA cup which they never won, but got to the cup final in the 1981-82 season.

QPR traditional uniform colors are horizontal Blue & White stripes and that shirt design is also why the team nickname is "the hoops".

Queens Park Rangers has a few rivalries with neighbor clubs like Chelsea, Fulham and Brentford with them they play in the West London derbies.
